ITINERARY

Day 1: FULL DAY RAINBOW MOUNTAIN VINICUNCA TOUR BY ATV QUAD BIKES

• Passenger pickup: 2:50 – 3:20 am (arrival in Cusco approx. 2:30 – 3:00 pm)
• Passenger pickup: 4:00 - 4:30 am (arrival in Cusco approx. 4:30 – 5:00 pm) fixed time
• Passenger pickup: 6:00 - 6:30 am (arrival in Cusco approx. 6:00 – 6:30 pm) fixed time

• Passenger pickup: 8:20 - 8:30 am (arrival in Cusco approx. 7:30 am)

  • IMPORTANT: Departure for the 8:00 am group is from Plaza Regocijo.

  • We will visit the Huaso wetland, and lunch is included.

DURATION: APPROXIMATELY 12 HOURS

4:00 am - 4:30 am or 6:00 am - 6:30 am: We will pick you up from your hotel around the historic center, and then head south of the city of Cusco for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to the district of Cusipata, where we will have a delicious breakfast. We will continue along a dirt road and arrive at the private property of Kayrahuire Alto - Bus Station (4450 m.a.s.l.) where we will get ready to begin the adventure. Tourists will receive prior instruction on handling and driving our ATVs from the guide, and they will also be able to practice in a designated area (it's worth mentioning that there is an exclusive route or road for our vehicles). The ride will be approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour (round trip - SPEEDING IS PROHIBITED), where we will enjoy beautiful landscapes and the view of the majestic and imposing Apu Ausangate snow-capped mountain, and see local people in traditional clothing. Then we will arrive a few minutes from the Rainbow Mountain, where we will leave our ATVs and take a 3 to 5-minute walk to reach our natural attraction. We will have approximately 40 minutes to explore the area. Then we will descend on ATVs for another 30 minutes to the parking area to board the vehicle and return to the restaurant in Cusipata, where we will enjoy lunch, before returning to the city of Cusco for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

 

ITINERARY:

• Firstly, we start our tour by making the pick up at 3:30 am.
• We take the route by 1:30 hours and arrive to Restaurant.
• Buffet breakfast in our restaurant.
• Next we take the route by 1:20 hours towards the quads station.
• Short briefing explanation.
• We start our route by quads to the Rainbow Mountain.
• After 1:30 hours on the route, we arrive to the last mountain parking.
• At this point we continue our route on foot for approximately 45 minutes.
• We arrive to the Rainbow Mountain, there will be a proper time for photos here.
• The comeback route is the same. Buffet lunch in Restaurant. Return to Cusco.
• We arrive at 16:00 hours. Our service end.
