Through a statement, the Municipality of Machu Picchu has informed that the access time to the citadel of Machu Picchu will be restricted from Monday March 26 to Wednesday March 28 2018, in order to remove loose material, before the evidence that a landslide could occur. The mayor of Machu Picchu is the same one who dictates the restriction.
