The Decentralized Directorate of Culture of Cusco informs the general public that, in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 306-2025-MC, a total of 500 tickets for entry to the Machu Picchu citadel were set aside from the total authorized capacity for purchase with the Inca Trail. Many of these tickets remain unsold.

Therefore, to ensure the proper use of available spaces, these tickets will be released for sale to the public 48 hours prior to the date of the corresponding visit.

Visitors and tour operators are encouraged to stay informed through official channels regarding ticket availability.
